Policies

Booking Policy:

To secure your appointment at EMD Sculpt, a valid card on file is required at the time of booking.

We look forward to welcoming you and providing you with a personalized wellness experience.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows will be charged a fee, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Late Policy:

We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive beyond this window, your service may be adjusted to the remaining time of your appointment to respect the schedule of other clients.

Late arrivals may not be eligible for rescheduling, and the full service price will still apply.
